NTC (negative temperature coefficient) thermistor is a heat-sensitive semiconductor resistor whose resistance value decreases with the increase of temperature, and the resistance temperature coefficient is in the range of -2%/k~-6%/k, about 10 times that of the metal resistance temperature coefficient.
